Think Musical Academy is a 100% digital service provider. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains what "delivery" means in the context of our digital services.

1. Digital Services Only

Think Musical Academy exclusively provides digital music education services. All of our products and offerings — including Session Coins, teaching sessions, course materials, and platform access — are delivered electronically through our online student portal.

We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical goods. There is no physical delivery component to any purchase made through our platform.

2. What We Deliver & How

All deliverables from Think Musical Academy are digital in nature and delivered as follows:

Session Coins

Upon successful payment, Session Coins are credited instantly to your student wallet. You can view your coin balance in the student dashboard immediately after purchase. No delay, no shipping, no tracking number required.

In the rare event of a technical failure during payment (e.g. payment debited but coins not credited), please contact us at billing@thinkmusical.com within 48 hours with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and credit coins within 2 business days.

Teaching Sessions

Course Materials & Resources

Any worksheets, practice sheets, chord diagrams, or supplementary materials shared by teachers are delivered electronically — via the student portal, WhatsApp, or email — at the teacher's discretion. No physical books or instruments are included in any package.

Certificates & Achievements

Completion certificates, if issued, are delivered in PDF format to the student's registered email address. Physical certificates are not issued unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing by the Academy management.

Online Sessions

Online sessions are available to students worldwide, provided they have a stable internet connection and a device capable of running video conferencing software. There are no geographic restrictions on online class bookings.

Offline Sessions

Offline sessions are available only at the Academy's premises in Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Home Tuition

Home tuition is currently available within the following areas of Mumbai and surrounding regions:

Home tuition availability in areas outside this list is subject to prior arrangement and may incur additional travel charges. Please contact us before booking home tuition if your address is outside the listed areas.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

In the unlikely event of a delivery failure, the following applies:

The Academy will not compensate for any costs incurred by the student due to a delayed or failed delivery (e.g. internet charges, travel costs, lost earnings) beyond the return of the relevant Session Coin to the student's wallet.

6. Instruments & Equipment

Think Musical Academy does not supply, sell, or ship musical instruments or equipment. Students are expected to arrange their own instrument for practice and sessions. Teachers may provide guidance on purchasing suitable instruments, but all such purchases are the student's own responsibility and fall outside the scope of the Academy's services.
